This Tuscany style home meets the Beach in grand style. The fun and fresh home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, and can sleep up to 14. There is a 2 car parking garage, as well as an extended driveway for private parking. The first floor is ready for fun, including piano, pool table, TV (with cable/VCR) two bedrooms, one bathroom, ½ kitchen and sofa bed for additional sleeping. Just outside the wall of sliding glass doors, you’ll find a patio with BBQ, outdoor shower, and beach toys for the entire family.

On the second floor, you’ll find a full kitchen and dining area, family room, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additionally you can enjoy a large balcony deck area, which includes stairs down to the beach. The family room is complete with gas fireplace, wide screen televison (with VHS/DVD/cable), video library, book library, games and puzzles for the whole family.

Last, but certainly not least, on the third floor, you can enjoy a large “rooftop” deck with comfy lounge chairs, dining area, umbrellas and the best view on the beach. The third floor also has a large bedroom with a king bed and two single futons, bathroom (also with great views of the ocean!) and computer nook.
